Elena Petrova reviews music apps the way mastering engineers listen: patiently, on real equipment, with recordings she knows down to the breath before the chorus. Mornye is her favourite kind of assignment, a player with no interest in selling her anything, and she has been testing its builds with the library she has maintained for over a decade.
What she does here
Elena installs every build we publish on the full test rack, scans the same demanding library each time, and listens the way listeners do: on the train, in the kitchen, through the headphones she actually owns. Her guides come from those hours, including the equalizer starting points and the library habits that keep a big collection feeling small.
Her reviewing standard
A player earns its verdict in the fortieth album, not the first: when the scans, sections, lyrics and statistics have had time to prove themselves against a real collection. Anything that only impresses in the first five minutes gets written up as exactly that.

Elena's testing notes and per-build findings feed the guides on this site, where new posts appear as the player grows.
